the race for victory is well on! Both Turkey and Poland have vaulted up to 19 SCs, probably confounding expectations of a solo this fall since they're both in equal measure past the 18 SC threshold. It will be left to the next year to break this parity.

Sorry for having kept you waiting for the adjucation. As for the next deadline, as I am off to Greece for a much needed holiday, I'm lengthening the winter deadline to Wednesday 21 July.
