Israel Disbanded Karelia rather than the retreat I sent. He subsequently waived that build feeling the other two gains were sufficient I suppose. Byzantium also waived a build. That said, we had F's in abundance:

Israel builds F Mor and Cai
Cisalpine Gauls build F Gda (and an A in Pie just to keep things fair)

Spain removes A Bri
Eire removes A Fin, A Ruh, A Swa
