England finally exterminates that annoying little army in Prussia. It'll have to rebuild in Sevastopol... but officially, I need to receive an order to that effect. Due tomorrow.

Also, the Turks reoccupy Naples, and (in an oft-told story) the Italian army has lost its way and finds itself in Serbia. The two nations swap SCs and no net adjustment results.

So, we'll have the Russian build tomorrow, and then we'll all reunite on Monday.
