Although it's a bit out of turn, since this is a winter adjustment phase, all 4 remaining players have now agreed to a DIAS. The three powers aligned against the 17-center France had established an unbreakable stalemate line.

I agree that the game got off to a rocky start, but it was still an interesting game nonetheless. Thanks for playing, everyone, and good luck in round 2 of the tournament!
