Congrats to Tim on his solo!

Sadly it ended on a note quite similar to most of the game with both Germany and Russia NMRing. I waited a bit longer hoping for orders but they never came (primarily because I didn't want to end the game that way).

HOWEVER, it would not have mattered because Germany could not have prevented the fall of Berlin and Italy left Brest open for the Austrian Parisian Division to march into unopposed. The fall of Norway was simply an extra center that was irrelevant.

Italy, Germany and Russia get survival but England does not because he was eliminated in the same Winter turn that saw the Austrian victory. A GM note (of no consequence but included in an effort to be thorough): I retreated Edi and ION automatically because I could see that they had no bearing on the outcome. It seemed pointless to simply ask for retreats to then tell you that the retreats result in an Austrian solo anyway).

I will take EGS's from anybody who wants to share them. Get those to me (or copy them to dc275@diplomaticcorp.com) in the next week for posting on the site.
