PREV  Spring 1658 Adjudication:  NEXT

Yes, the five-way draw proposal involving Austria, Denmark, England, Poland and Russia has passed. War weariness has apparently spread to all quarters.

It has been a pleasure to have you guys on board for this playtest. And we made it to the finish-line without any NMRs! Congratulations to all.

Now let's write the final chapter of this game. Let us have your story! So please submit (or simply "broadcast") your EOG report no later than Tuesday, 3 March 3 PM GMT. I'll then jointly publish everything I've received.

This being a playtest, I'd be grateful if you were to answer the following questions:

a) Would you consider your power too weak, too strong or about right?

b) What about the other powers? Any too weak or too strong?

c) Do you feel your power has enough options available? Or did you feel railroaded into a specific course of action?

d) The game used a 16 SC victory criterion. Were you happy with it? Would you prefer the threshold to be set at say 15, 17 or 18?

e) Are there any changes you'd propose?

f) What's your overall take on the variant? Would you like to play it again?

Thanks!

Charles
