Ok, well we have a yes vote on a three-way draw from all players, so I guess that wraps it up. Not the way I was hoping a game would end, but I guess sometimes life interferes.
So, the game ends in a draw between China, Holland and Russia. Congratulations all, and I'm sure I'll see all of you again.

Well, we have a first-time situation, and not in a pleasant way. Not one, but two NMRs. Hopefully, everything is okay and the lines of communication will be reopened for next spring.
One retreat this turn: British F Madras can retreat to Mysore or Hyderabad.
Deadline for this retreat is November 16th. If Britain responds before then and lets me know he's positive in the decision, I will go to Winter immediately.

Hi,
I want to offer a 3-way-draw China-Holland-Russia. We have so many NMR in this game. I think the big three will equalize themselves and nobody else has any chance (especially with NMR). So I think that is the best result for the game.
