DC 359 Spring 05 Adjucation - untitled36   (Feb 07, 2011, 9:44 am)

*Last Austrian Center Fall to the Turks!*
*German Army Forced Out of Munich!*
*Russian Enjoy Extended Time Off without Orders*

Hey all,

Lots of movement this time around. In fact, every move succeeds except some of those around the Maignot Line. Austria appears to be down for the count, with a lone fleet surrounded by apparent enemy forces. Russia is in similarly dire straits, but the Russian leader remains AWOL.

We do have a retreat needed from Germany, with A Munich able to retreat to Ber, Sil, or Boh (or OTB). That will be due Tomorrow by 8:00 AM CST (2:00 PM GMT).

Thanks guys!

DC352 - Fall 1904 Results - Ivo   (Feb 07, 2011, 5:22 am)
Chill dude, I didn't know I was supposed to whine, and you're doing
enough for both of us.
If you didn't want to lose you should have done something. I'm nor
going to beg and agrue with the three of you if you can't see the map.
You'll lose this one and next game you'll know better. To keep
attacking me was plain stupid, it left me with the only choice to
kamikaze in order to increase my importance.
I didn't expect this to lead to the game ending, I'm used to playing
until the end at the site I usually play Diplomacy at, so I was
expecting messages from E/F finally offering peace, instead I get a
petulent public rant...
Guess you think you're the center of the universe and everyone owes
you some special attention...

south, you whine about being attacked, you threaten to throw centers
away to the encroaching two-way. You did none of that. Heck you
never even managed to try to defend your own centers from them but
did still try to take English centers?

Russia tried to coordinate a 4-way defense. I responded to Russia
(without copying the rest) that I would only do so when I saw that
either of you responded (he can confirm this). I have even tried to
break up Austria and Italy although they clearly are having none of
it (I guess nobody wants to solo...sigh).

So I stand by my request - let's vote to end this and save us time
and them effort.

There us brilliant coordination actually. E/F/R have been openly
trying to kill G for some time regardless of other events, so G
decided that he is not prepared to die for them in order to fight
A/I.

It's my first PBEM game, so maybe I'm missing something... am I
expected to be fighting the leader even if the other smaller nation
are trying to kill me? Smile

E-mail me at blueraider0(at)gmail.com While official tourney reports are nice, commentary from other players is more interesting and gives me some flexibility in what to write.

DC349 1st Strike map correction - Sean2010   (Feb 05, 2011, 5:32 pm)
German F Hol can retreat to Hel or disbanded off the map. Since there's only one retreat option, I've taken the liberty of placing the unit F Hol into Hel. Oystein please let me know by 2-6-11 by 12 AM if you would prefer F Hol disbanded; otherwise, the F Hel will have to stand with it being the only retreat option.

Attached is the updated map with F Hol retreat into F Hel. I missed it, and the file registered F Hol as obliterated, which isn't true.
