Italy raises two new armies, while Germany builds an army and a fleet. Austria vacates the Ukraine.

Spring 1905 orders will be due Monday, February 7 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. I'll be stuck at work this weekend, but the good news for you is that I will actually have Internet access, so I should be able to acknowledge your orders before Monday's deadline.
