Hello fellow players & Mikael,
I think it is now clear that England is not going to be able to gain a solo victory, and it also appears that Russia is a long way from being able to acheive that as well, and probably it is impossible. I have had both mention to me they see no hope of a solo, so Germany would like to propose a 5 way draw to end the game between Germany, England, Italy, Russia and Austria. Please copy all on your response, and an abstention will be counted as a "no draw" vote.
