I made several mistakes in transcribing orders during the Fall 1903
adjudication. The relevant orders were for the Turkish Albanian fleet
and the French Spanish army. Further, one of these mistakes has
affected the Winter 1903 orders. The corrected adjudication is
below. Please accept my profuse apologies for the mistakes.

I am extending the future deadlines by a day to compensate for my
mistakes.

Autumn 1903

Austria:
A Trieste can retreat to Tyrolia or Serbia.

France:
A Par can retreat to Brest. I'll do this automatically, unless you
want to disband.

Russia:
A StP can retreat to Finland, Livonia, or Moscow.


Winter 1903


Austria:
Remove
Remove (unless dislodged unit is disbanded or sent to Serbia)

England:
Build
Build

France:
Remove (unless dislodged unit is disbanded)

Germany:
Remove

Italy:
Build

Russia:
Build (plus another build if dislodged unit is disbanded, minus a
build if Trieste army retreats to Serbia)

19 at 08:00GMT, and Spring 1904 due April 24 at 08:00GMT
