If possible send in builds, Retreats, in a separate email from
moves to reduce the risk of misplaced orders!

RULES FOR PRESS:
Black Press rules apply, you may use any byline.
GM has right to edit or not publish press not related to
game, or is indecent by GM personal standards or in some
other way is hateful or personal. GM does not always read
press completely, and can not be held responsible if some
unacceptable press is published.
It is now after Game year 1902! so I will no longer go out
of my way to get a substitute player if a turn is missed.
The GM will when possible give a 24 hour warning before NMR
is declared. The GM reserves the right to issue an NMR
without giving any warning if circumstances warrant.
Notice:
For years I have been wanting to try my hand at another prize
game, perhaps I can win again. So here is a chance for you to
defeat me and grab $100.00 Canadian.
Except for the GM it is a gunboat game with Grey Press, see
Rules! Your Email Address is your key to the game, you must
always use the one you signed up with!
The GM will will be playing the Roman Empire position, you will
know the Roman moves before you create your own.

The following must be the first item on the sign up Email Page:
- The GM will distribute the $100.00 to the winner of the Bond
game. The GM will not be a party to or recognize any monetary
agreement between players. Promising to split the pot is the
same as promising to draw with an ally in a Diplomacy game.
Its part of the game and you do not have to keep your word.
You agree that promises made, even if written and signed, have
no legal standing after the game is finished. -
To sign up for the game you must send in a Preference list for
the Barbarians powers; The Goths, The Huns, The Nubians, The
Punics, The Vandals and The Vikings.
To Sign up just for the Trader Game; Email send a buy or sell
order for the listed bonds along with the above statement. eg.
Sell 100 Huns bonds

Dear Uncle Bertie,
In the name of our alliance I hope to annex the friendly
peoples of Marseilles and possibly Spain.
If you could order your Fleets to occupy Portugal and get into
the Mediterranean we would be set fair to hold back the
Islamisist hordes..
In the meantime it would improve our already good relations if
you would withdraw your F from DEN to a nearby province such as
SKA, SWE or even NTH.
This would allow our Great German people the opportunity to arm
even more armies and allow us to defend our Eastern borders
against the infidels..
