So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Deadline for Winter 1917 is in less thank 15 hours. I'm still missing two sets. Remember, failing to submit winter adjustments still counts as an NMR, and it will still potentially get you ejected from the game.
