We got all orders in this time! Sorry I'm putting this out late - had to help some friends take care of a bit of business.
Our French player made a minor flub which cost him a center and a unit; Germany made some big grabs, nearly uncontested; and the entire Balkan land region remained static. A bit of sea movement in the south leaves Italy with a retreat - I'd like that as soon as possible, so see below for options.
