My apologies for not getting this out last night.  Me and the internet provider of my new residence had, what they call, a failure to communicate.  Whatever the case may be, the delay was my fault.


But mea culpa aside, the board sees some changes this turn.  Germany gains two new pairs of boots, Austria a single pair and Turkey spreads some canvas in Ankara.  Meanwhile, fleets are scuttled in the Gulf of Lyons and Gascony - freeing up some real estate in Western waters...
