may have suspected, there is another set of EOG proposals to be voted
on.

Draw 1: 4-way between Mexico, South America, Russia and Persia

You will be familiar with this one, because we've been voting on it
for a while now.

Draw 2: 2-way between Persia and Russia

This is a new one... haven't had it on the table before.

Please send in your votes with your orders (and for those of you who
have already sent in prelims, let me know how you're voting).
