Due to vacation distractions, I neglected to send out the 24h reminder
for Spring 1907. I'm still missing orders from Turkey.

Although the deadline is passed and he's already used up his grace
period, I'm going to give him another 24h due to my neglect. All
players are free to submit new orders during this time.
