As for me, my name is Former Trout.  I'll be stepping in just to help the game continue moving in Josh's absence.  I will review and use Josh's house rules, so there should be no difference there.  Hopefully we can ease this game back into a steady pace and deliver it back to Josh in one piece on his return.  =P

I believe we are at the Winter 1902 turn and adjustments from Austria, England and France are due.  To accommodate the weekend holiday our American mates are having, the deadline for Winter will be set for Monday, November 26th (11:59 PM GMT).  HOWEVER - I will adjudicate early if all 3 sets of orders are received and marked 'FINAL'.
