So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

DC242: Autumn 1908

Sorry for the 24h delay. I was on a flight yesterday, and was busy
catching up all day today. Also, please disregard the previously
stated deadlines for Winter 1908 and Spring 1909: I am pushing them
back, as you will see, below.

Spring 1909 will be due Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 05:00GMT. The
later deadline is due to a work related trip next weekend;
adjudicating any earlier than that would be unrealistic.
