Thanks to the players who pointed out my error in the Fall 08 adjudication. Between a stray chicken and an unfortunate bull-dozer incident I somehow missed that Mike had ordered the army in Edinburgh to Hold in place. Rumours that his troops had broken into the Scotch supplies and were just too drunk to move remain unconfirmed.
The revised map and .dpy file are attached. Bag-pipe music is played on this end, but I guess you'll all just have to imagine it.

Austria cleans the clock of our intrepid Sultan, who with France backing away from the Turkish peninsula finds no help at all.
