Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Everyone,
I'm sorry this is going to such a diverse audience. I trust Yahoo will filter the recipients so none of you gets this more than once. I know I owe you adjudications for all three of these games, but I've had a bad day (to keep things clean and simple).
