So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hi guys,

you may have already heard the sad news. Jeff has been hospitalised following a car accident. Lesley, Jeff's wife, told me he's stable and doing okay. It remains however to be seen when he'll be released from hospital. I hope and pray Jeff's recovery will be swift and complete.

As for the trivial matter of our game, I'm suspending all deadlines and shall be in touch with you all once Jeff's back in the saddle.
