Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Guys,
I'm going to give you all the benefit of the doubt and assume that Yahoo has chosen to block anything with "272" in the subject line. I have ONE set of orders for a deadline a mere 4 1/2 hours away. If this wasn't a playtest, I'd be tempted to NMR the whole lot of you and let the one person who submitted orders have his way with the board (especially since this is not the first time this has happened).
Seriously, guys - if you've lost interest in playing, let me know so I can find someone who will submit orders on time.
