Apologies about being a few hours late with the winter adjudication, everyone. My one hour drive home from work last night turned into a 5 hour drive home as a couple tanker-truck drivers decided to drive their trucks like they were driving zambonis... Sucks to have only one highway going through your town. =P

Once again, fleets seem to be the order of the day during the winter. The US and the Dutch both build four, while France, Japan, Russia and Brazil all build one. Several armies also get raised, in Cyprus, Chungking and Kagoshima. Meanwhile, we say goodbye to the units in Somalia, Bombay, Tonkin, Austin and Tripoli.

Just a note of correction: Somehow the Japanese fleet in the Kuril Sea fell off my radar screen. Japan only gained two builds, not three as stated in my last email. My thanks to the couple of players who pointed this out to me - as well as to Bret who knew exactly how many builds he needed to send in despite my error. Please let me know if I've flubbed anything with the winter adjudication. =)
