Austria: Build F Trieste
England: Build F Edinburgh
France: Remove A Wales
Germany: Build A Berlin
Turkey: Remove A Armenia

Coming deadlines, I was thinking:

Wed 12/19 for Spring ’03 (5 days)
Mon 12/24 then for Fall ’03 (5 days)
Around Thu 12/27 or Fri 12/28 for Retreats and/or Builds (3-4 days, but over Christmas)
Spring ‘04 around Jan 2 or 3 then, after the new year)

Is that too much? They’re all in the 5-day-spring/fall, 2-day build pace. I’ll be around this holiday and happy to run the game straight thru, provided all the players are up for the same. Let me know your schedules if there are any times you need off.
