Once again welcome to the game.  Here are your country assignments.  I was able to give everyone one of their first 2 choices.

As previous mentioned this will be an 1898 varient.  It will use the standard starting home centers and starting units.  Home centers other than your home centers will be claimed at the end of year 2.  At the end of year any centers that you control will become your home centers for the rest of the game.  They will be your only home centers.  A starting map is attached as a gif and as a realpolitik file.
 
The first deadline will be Friday April 30th at 3:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time.  I highely recommend you all use prelims throughout the game.  It would be very helpful to me if you could all include DC 323 in your e-mails.  If possible please send your orders in the form (DC 323, Season, Year, Country)  This will help with my e-mail filters.
