An interesting turn of builds.  France builds a fleet in Marseilles in anticipation of an Italian abandonment, while Russia benefits from a poor Turkish decision in trying to build in Bulgaria (you can only build in your home SCs).  Germany is going to look to hold on, but what will England do?  They don't really have too many places left.

FYI - At any point during Spring or Fall you may put an allied win up for vote.  All submissions for wins are anonymous and will be voted on by everyone who remains.  Civil Disorders will not get a vote.  A vote must be unanimous.

GM note - We have moved into concert season for my business, so things are a little hectic on my end but I will get this game done no worries there Smile
