- RUSSIAN NORTHERN ARMIES MEET A GRIM FINNISH
- JAPANESE ARMIES FIND THEMSELVES SHANGHAI'D
- TURKEY GETS GREECED
- EVERYONE GROANS COLLECTIVELY WHEN READING WHAT PASSES FOR GM WIT

----------------------------------------------------------------

The Carnage is appalling after the Spring smoke clears. Bodies lie dead and twitching all over the globe - in New Orleans, Finland, Greece, Shanghai and Mindanao. Meanwhile, others are dislodged in Brazilian Current, Oman, Sargasso, Baku and Ionian. Things begin to look grim for the Confederates as they realize Sherman isn't just walking to the sea - he's already there. Meanwhile, Holland continues to play the shark in southern waters as everyone else asks "What time is it, Mr. Shark?"

Retreats are required from Brazil, Britain, France, Turkey and Austria - although only Lee and Felix have anything that resembles a choice. Deadline for the Summer 1867 retreats will be this Saturday - December 22nd (11:59 PM GMT).

As always, please just holler if you spot a screw-up. Cheers!

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
