Note also that we still have a 5-way draw proposal for votes with this season. Abstention = vote not counted, *not* a "no" vote. Unanimous yes votes (of those received) will result in the proposal passing, which is for a Chosokabe/Mori/Hojo/Uesugi/Asakura draw.
