Diplomats,
Good work turning in all those orders on time. It's nice to see the game not being stalled due to NMR's and people dropping off. Kudos to you all!
We have a Spring turn that sees some action on the western arena of play, as the French take to the seas once again. In the center not everyone agrees on what should be done, as many orders do not match up. Will we see better coordination among the powers in the Fall?

We have a single retreat due for the summer first though:British F Mid Atlantic Ocean can retreat to North Atlantic Ocean, Ireland, Hejaz or OTB.
