The map is a tale of two completely different pictures. In the north, all is a-bounce with barely a move suceeding. In the south, all is in movement with barely an order failing. The world definitely seems tilted on an east-west axis (which usually only happens after a couple cold ones...)

No retreats are required, surprisingly enough. Not even any automatic disbands. As such, we'll set the Fall 1912 deadline for Wednesday, January 9th (11:59 PM GMT). Please just let me know if you spot any errors in this adjudication and they will be corrected - with a minimal amount of forehead slapping and shouting of 'Doh!'
