Well, we have two nmrs this spring, one from Turkey (not completely surprising) and one from Russia (much more surprising). The five way draw proposal fails, and we are moving onward.
Russia has a retreat due:
Russian F Gulf of Bothnia can retreat to Finland or OTB. As there is a choice of disbanding the unit, which is a possibility, I'm going to run this summer turn. The retreat is due tomorrow, March 4 at 17:00 MST.
