By the way, the convoy of Mor-Spain does succeed.  This seems to be a limitation of Realpolitik that a space cannot be both coastal (allowing armies to enter) and sea (alllowing fleets to convoy) thus RP considers it an invalid convoy order.  By my read of the rules (www.dipwiki.com?title=1900) the convoy is legal, so I'll move the army with the Winter map.  But know it's there in Spain!
