Dear All

Thanks Mike for GMing the game. And thanks for all players
that we have NO NMR in this game, this is probably my first game with no NMR.
Great job!

France and England have been working together since the
beginning of the game. Perhaps the first German Kaiser didn't talk and the
second Kaiser's suggestions are not attractive, I choose to stick with England.
Frankly, I don't totally trust England, and so I moved into MAO in 1902 for
defensive purpose. But it ended look like I am going to take England
and make England not happy. I had been thought through this for nights, but
finally I choose not to do so because I see Turkey is in big trouble facing
attacks from other three.

I worry there was a triple alliance among Russia, Austria and
Italy, so I decided to enter Mediterranean and encourage Austria to attack Italy
with me and stab Russia. I also told England that the likely triple alliance and
suggested to hold our Maginot line at Germany and focus
on Scandinavia. But unfortunately, England chose to stab me, while Austria
and Russia kept working together throughout the game.

Should Russia did not attack England in mid-game, I believe I
would have defeated by England. Yet Russia's attack bring England and I re-ally
again. I thought that if we stand together, Austria will stab Russia one day for
Solo Victory, and England and France would stop Solo and ended with 3-way draw.
But the expected stab never comes.

The game finally draw at the Maginot line I had proposed.

If I had stabbed England in early game, but provided that the
triple alliance (or Austro-Russian alliance) stay close, the result would be
likely 2-way draw as well...

I really want to know how Austria and Russia think
during the game.

Thanks for all, and have a nice stab/stick in future
game!

Brian

Just like that, we have a
2-way A-R draw.  5 votes in favor.  Congrats guys!  That was a
fantastic bit of teamwork there... EOG statements welcome by all.
Personally I'd have liked to see it play out, and make the two benefactors prove
they wouldn't stab the other.  Now we'll never know... But a Win is a Win,
and a Survival is a Survival, especially for Italy who hangs on by a dot down to
his last turn.

Only one spot left...

Enjoy!  And send in
EOG's...
