Subject: dc414 game suspension

Hi everyone,

Sean has had to drop out, therefore I'm posting messages on the DC site inviting a new player to take over Germany in this game.

In the meantime, the deadlines for the game are suspended. Once a new player is found, I'll give you all plenty of time for diplomacy and getting to know one another before asking all seven of you to submit builds for the Winter 1901 adjustments.

Hopefully we'll get going again soon!
