Russia:
A Belgium - Ruhr
A Munich - Bohemia

The following adjustments are needed:
 
Austria:   Supp  7 Unit  5 Build  2
England:   Supp 11 Unit  9 Build  2
France:    Supp  0 Unit  0 Build  0
Germany:   Supp  0 Unit  0 Build  0
Italy:     Supp  9 Unit  7 Build  2
Russia:    Supp  3 Unit  6 Remove  3
Turkey:    Supp  4 Unit  3 Build  1

We also have the following EGP proposals - and a new one for the Winter adjustment deadline. Remember, I need 'yes' votes from you all to carry either one or the other of these proposals.
 
The proposals are:
England Solo.
Three-way draw AEI.
Draw including all survivors (DIAS).
 
Please include votes for these EGP proposals in either your retreat orders, or your winter adjustment orders. I'll adjudicate the draw proposals with the Winter 12 adjustments.
 
Adjustments are due Wednesday 21 March, 2100GMT (together with your votes).

Daniel, your Army Belgium retreats to Ruhr, or OTB. And your army Munich retreats to Bohemia, Ruhr, or OTB. (If you try to retreat both to Ruhr, they both move OTB).
 
The next deadline will be for retreats - this is tomorrow (Tuesday 20 March) at 2100GMT, though I'll adjudicate as soon as I get them. Adjustments are due Wednesday 21 March, 2100GMT (together with your votes).
