This year definitely has been the most interesting thus far. We had seven bounces (!), highlighting a turn which involved an apparent collapse of negotiations around Rumania involving all four Eastern powers and a selfless act by France to help maintain the German back line. Elsewhere, the Russian advance continues, having now overtaken all of Germany proper, while the French return to Liverpool and Turkey gains Sevastopol and Greece at the expense of Serbia and Rumania. All said, quite a thrilling turn of events, and all seven players still have a role to play after seven years!
There are three retreats due before the adjustments: Kiel, Liverpool, and Sevastopol. The deadline for Autumn 1907 is 9:00pm US Central on 01 September, or 03:00 BST on 02 September. Unless the retreats are expressly marked "provisional", I will adjudicate upon receipt of all three retreat orders.
