A couple notes here for game DC-103.

1. Turkey chooses to retreat OTB rather than Galicia. That frees up a build for the Sultan. The revised EW 1913 map is attached.

2. The French solo proposal has been voted down - we play on! Woot!

3. We're short one set of adjustments for Winter 1913. The player in question has been notified and I hope to gather the missing set over the next few hours.
