Nope - again, the error is all mine. I missed a retreat in my inbox.

Holland retreats to Mindanao and Mexico retreats OTB.

I will publish the turn adjudication first thing tomorrow. And I sincerely apologize about making a dogs lunch of this turn.

Builds will be due by Monday, February 4th but if I receive all sets in hand I will adjudicate early.

I'm a horrible GM and totally apologize. I missed noting the retreats deadline in my deadline book and missed it on Wednesday. However, as it stands I do not currently have all retreats in. Those I am missing, I put on notice that I will retreat OTB if I do not receive them by 11:59 AM GMT Saturday (Feb 2nd).
