So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Had the full complement of players for the Europe 1615 game, but lost two just as the game started up. Need two serious Diplomacy players who can make a committment to play-test the Europe 1615 variant. Spain and France are open for replacements. I would be much appreciative. Thanks.
