The Tsar makes good his gains in Turkey! Germany is somewhat beleaguered as England makes fresh pots of tea in Belgium and Denmark. The French hold their own and cultivate their vineyards, while across the Alps, action from Italy and Russia causes a bit of headache for the Archduke.
The only dislodged unit is Austrian A Vienna, which has no escape and is destroyed.

In other words we have 2 weeks between Spring and Fall 1903 instead of the usual week. All this is to accommodate a trip of my own and at the request of some other players. I suppose it's that time of year...
