So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Apologies, gentlemen, we have some corrections. There was another set of orders that were sent, but labeled incorrectly so they were misfiled. Given that I confirmed them at the time and did not notice the error, I will accept them this one time. Sorry for the confusion, and anyone who has already sent build orders may of course resend given the modified map. The corrected information follows...
