Okay, Germany has retreated from Burgundy to Ruhr, map attached. Deadline for Fall 1904 is August 15th.

The German army in Burgundy needs a retreat order, or can disband if they so wish. The Russian fleet in Rumania disbands, with no place to retreat to. Deadline for Germany's retreat is August 9th.
