A bit of center-swapping this turn, with Germany the only coming out with a net gain. Builds/Disbands
England: 1 (0)
France: 5 (0)
Germany: 7
+1
Italy: 11 (0)
Russia: 5 (0)
Turkey: 5 (0)
There's one retreat this turn, with France being able to move to Portugal, the Gulf of Lyon or Marseilles. This retreat shouldn't have much effect on Germany's build, so I'm looking to have a combined retreat/build deadline here of August 31st. If Germany thinks the retreat will sway him one or the other after all, I would like to at least have a conditional build order.
