Mike,
You've been both a fierce enemy and a staunch supporter in this game.
However, in good conscience, and wary of an absolute revolt by my countrymen and finding my head rolling out of a basket into a ditch, I must vote NO to the Italian solo.
(oh, and I read your 'trick' immediately, so it wouldn't have worked. I literally laughed out loud, much to the concern of my workmates. Nice try though)
On the other hand, if indeed a French Solo was mentioned, I vote YES to that.
Michael

Ok well now that you've messed up my sneaky victory ploy (it would have worked!) I'll suggest a French win too.

But still, vote for Italy!

Oops..
heh heh.. My bad.
That would be an Italian solo proposed, not a French solo proposed. What was I thinking? =)
Sorry about the confusion. Please have your yay or nay votes for an Italian solo to me by the soon-to-be-announced Winter deadline. Lack of a vote will count as a no.
Cheers,
Eiffel Tower Trout

Gentlemen and not-so-gentlemen,
We have a French solo proposal on the table. I'll set the deadline for your yay or nay votes with the Winter adjustments since the Fall deadline might be a little quick here. However, if I have all five votes in hand by this evening I will announce the result.
Regards,
Trout

Ok guys I guess I'll propose a solo for the spring, and vote for it. I think I voted it down last time to get revenge on Turkey, but I'm sure we all have better things to do. We'll move on to fight another day.
So Trout pls propose the Italian solo, and we'll be done with this one.

Gents,
Having a late week with everything, unfortunately. Apologies for the delay with the summer adjudication - strictly the fault of the GM, not the players. =)
Italy retreats to Tuscany. Fall 1914 deadline will be set for Tuesday, February 12th (11:59 PM GMT).
