Hola all,

Its been brought to my attention that an opportunity to call an end to
the fighting is at hand. I would like to propose an end to the
hostilities in Europe by requesting a vote for a 4-way draw between
England, France, Russia, & Myself.

It has been a tough war, with losses on all sides and if it continues
I see even a greater loss of life between the Anglo-French Alliance &
the Russo-Turk Alliance.

Please, let us call an end to the fighting, by voting on this next
round of orders a yes/no decision for an 4-way draw.

(If that is okay be you, Trout, of course)
