Hello, everyone! I am your temporary GM while Andy deals with a serious real-life issue.

As Andy had noted in his last game e-mail, the next phase of the game is winter 1901 adjustments. While it appears that at least some of you sent in build orders, I don't have a copy of those, so I'll ask that everyone please send your winter 1901 builds to me.

In the interests of getting this game moving again, but also being fair to those (such as me!) who don't have regular Internet access on weekends, I'll set the winter 1901 deadline for Tuesday, March 4, at 3pm Central (US). That translates to 21:00 GMT, if I have converted properly.

Winter 1901 adjustments due:

Russia - build 1
Italy - no change
Turkey - build 1

Yes, even though Turkey suffered an NMR in the fall, the Sultan is still entitled to that build. Thanks for your patience, everyone!
