Yes thanks all for a great game. I'll admit I had my eyes set on a solo
for a while but it just wasn't to be. Frank I must admit that was one
of the shakiest alliances I've ever had and yet it held for so long.
From my end, in case you were wondering, I just never saw an advantage
to turning on you until the very end, despite your numerous stab
attempts and many excuses to not support me to Con. Same holds with you
and StP, Alf. Dip players can be so stubborn - I'm not surprised those
Russian and Turkish units were there until the end; better to waste the
resources than let someone else have them!
Anyways thanks for a fun one, especially to you Doug. Hope to play with
you all again soon.

Thanks everyone. It was a great game, despite some drop-outs and
technical glitches.
Matt,
you did great in playing AH. Not an easy Power to play, but you
quickly managed to become the largest of us. And you always kept me
puzzled of your true intentions. Just as you probably were puzzled of
mine. We had a great pact together but it always felt like we had to
watch our backs, dont you agree. That makes it even more surprising
that it lasted so long. ANd of course, yes, we had an advantage with
Turkey dropping out early.
Alf,
enjoyed orchestrating our moves together albeit only later in the
game. In the early stages you often left me wondering what your real
targets were. No doubt France played a role in adding some of the
noise. Also early in the game you, I, and even France, found we had a
common enemy: Germany had broken just too many promises and had run an
erratic course. And as a result you almost went down. So it was great
to see you making such a great comeback.
Doug,
thanks for your GMing. It must have been difficult at times. Players
with NMRs and even NBRs, technical problems (did you manage to get it
working on the Apple? I'm considering buying one myself and of course
would like to run RealPolitik on it), gaming questions that would
drive you nuts (aplogies if I did), and update on update for the orders...
If it means anything: you definitely raised my interest in trying
GMing it myself on short notice (if I pass DCs judgement, that is).
Looking fwd to meet you again in future games.

Dear Players,
You shall be pleased to note that there will be no further need
for you to keep your eyes peeled for my erroneous adjudication!
All remaining parties have responded positively to the DIAS
proposal and the game therefore has come to a close. I shall
update DipCorp accordingly.
Congratulations to you all and thanks very much for your sterling
work.
I hope your next game is not so fraught with NMRs and sloppy GMing
All the best
Doug
