No... its on, but some people aren't listening.

Theres a great sense of apathy in the air.

This world variant should only be played by players with a Job-like patience.
Or played FTF.

When half the players abandon...a good percentage throw up their hands and declare civil disorder...another percentage committ suicide attacks...and its no longer a challenge for the rest that 'care'...
the death knell has tolled.

Bring us home USA, HOLLAND, FRANCE ! End the insanity.

Whoever wins this has well proven their 'staying power'...probably a DipKnight.
