Regardless of my position, I just don't see any other outcome than Rudi winning - dispite Paulo's elaborate breakdown.

Rupert and Lee and are only where they are in large part to the abandonment of Brazil. Rudi is where he is because he played a fine game and capitalized on the rest of the boards inadequate ability to unit and stop him - this goes back long before Brazil walked away and thus long before USA and France were even in the same realm as Rudi.

No other country on this board deserves survival - in my opinion.
